Medical/Vocational Case Management - a collaborative process whereby we work with the various professions involved in an injury case in order to assess, plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate all options and services required to meet an individual's medical and vocational needs.

Return-to-Work Programming - assisting employers manage work injuries effectively and efficiently in order to facilitate an injured employee transition to regular duties sooner than if the employee had not worked during recovery, ultimately reducing workers' compensation costs for the employer.

Vocational Counseling - assisting individuals with disabilities further develop their vocational goals and vocational plans to return to work taking into account their levels of education, work experience, transferable skills and physical limitations.

Job Seeking Skills Training/Labor Market Surveys - educating individuals with disabilities about the job search process and how to conduct a search in their local labor market area in order to increase the potential for identifying job openings appropriate for review and exploration.
